Better Than Home is looking for a dedicated and caring Part-Time Home Daycare Provider to join our team at one of our licensed home daycares in Newmarket. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to work in a nurturing, home-based setting.

Position Details

- Position Type: Part-time (Monday–Friday)
- Age Group: Infants, toddlers, and preschoolers

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment for young children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support early childhood development
- Supervise children’s daily routines, including meals, nap time, and outdoor play
- Maintain open communication with parents and provide updates through the Lillio app
- Ensure the daycare environment is clean and organized, following prescribed cleaning routines
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience working with young children (home daycare, daycare center, or an ECE background is preferred)
- Strong passion for early childhood education and child development
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Up-to-date immunization records
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
